General rules and recommendations of our parks

1. VISITOR’S RESPONSIBILITY

Although we comply with all current applicable regulations, we expect visitors to also do their part by exercising sound judgement and acting in a responsible manner to protect their own health and safety, and that of anyone they are responsible for, particularly minors, who they’re responsible for watching at all times.

Therefore, visitors (i) must READ AND COMPLY WITH all the written rules, directions, warnings and recommendations and use the entertainment facilities appropriately, likewise with any safety equipment that may be provided, and (ii) RESPECT AND COMPLY WITH all instructions and directions given by our employees.

If visitors are responsible for any people who are unable to read or properly understand the written rules, directions, warnings and/or recommendations, whether due to age or some form of disability, it’s essential for the responsible party to properly explain this information to them. Remember that Park employees are always available to provide any help you need.

Visitors must act in a responsible manner, both for their own health and safety, as well as for that of the people they are responsible for and any other people nearby.

As such, each visitor commits to behave in a civil and considerate manner, both towards other visitors and Park employees, and to always respect the Park and its facilities, all other visitors, the employees and the plants and wildlife.

Any visitors who violate the rules and instructions from staff and/or act in an irresponsible and/or disrespectful way towards other visitors and/or staff, according to the criteria established by Park employees, may be forced to leave the park/ without the right to claim any form of refund. The Park also reserves the right to inform the relevant authorities about their actions.

Please follow the specific guidelines and rules displayed at the entrance to each of the entertainment facilities, as well as the general park rules, as outlined below.

2. USAGE CONDITIONS FOR THE ATTRACTIONS AND FACILITIES

IMPORTANT! Evaluate your physical and emotional condition BEFORE just “going for it”

All the attractions and other facilities at the Park can offer our visitors some wonderful memories and an exciting fun time. However, both the attractions and the aquatic facilities can also cause an explosion of adrenaline, putting your body under strain via various different forces (centrifugal and centripetal), accelerations, speeds and fast and unpredictable movements that can throw you in various directions, causing, among other things, muscular tension and stress to the neck and back, as well as a faster heart rate and increased blood pressure.

AS SUCH, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT USE, OR ALLOW ANYONE IN YOUR CHARGE TO USE, ANY RIDE OR ACTIVITY IF YOU OR THEY ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR ANY MEDICATION OR OTHER NARCOTIC SUBSTANCE THAT COULD AFFECT YOUR HEALTH, SENSES, MENTAL ACUITY, REFLEXES OR COORDINATION.

DO NOT USE, OR ALLOW ANYONE UNDER YOUR CHARGE TO USE, ANY ATTRACTION OR ACTIVITY IF YOU OR THEY SUFFER FROM, HAVE SUFFERED FROM OR MAY SUFFER FROM ANY MEDICAL AFFLICTION, PRE-EXISTING HEALTH PROBLEM OR INJURIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HEART, NEUROLOGICAL OR MUSCULAR DISORDERS, PROBLEMS RELATED TO YOUR BACK, NECK, BONES, JOINTS, TENDONS, LIGAMENTS, BRAIN, EYES OR HEARING, OR ANY OTHER ILLNESS OR INJURY THAT MAY BE TRIGGERED OR AGGRAVATED BY USING AN ATTRACTION  OR PARTICIPATING IN AN ACTIVITY.

NEITHER SHOULD YOU USE ATTRACTIONS OR PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES IF YOU ARE, OR SUSPECT YOU MAY BE, PREGNANT (UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OTHERWISE); IF YOU HAVE UNDERGONE SURGERY IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS OR IF YOU ARE STILL RECOVERING FROM AN ILLNESS, AFFLICTION, TREATMENT OR MEDICAL PROCEDURE ONLY YOU CAN DETERMINE IF YOU ARE IN ADEQUATE SHAPE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY TO SAFELY USE ANY RIDE OR ATTRACTION.

THE PARK CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR HEALTH OR THAT OF ANY PEOPLE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR: YOU NEED TO DECIDE FOR YOURSELF, OR FOR THE PEOPLE IN YOUR CHARGE, WHETHER YOU OR THEY ARE IN A SUITABLE CONDITION TO USE AN ATTRACTION OR DO AN ACTIVITY, IN ADDITION TO ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH AGE, WEIGHT AND HEIGHT LIMITATIONS ESTABLISHED IN THE PARK RULES.

REMEMBER THAT YOU ASSUME THE RISKS FOR ANY ACTIVITY YOU CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERIES, OUR STAFF WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP.
